Damned it. . .ZzZ. . .really cant guide a trainee properly. . .wondering whats with me. . .able to take in teachings from seniors but unable to relay it to juniors. . .ZzZ. . .closing quite of an slow movement. . .should have closed 1 side of Delta by 2115. . .but dunno what the hell is going on. . .things not done and so forth. . .damned. . .in the end. . .only got out of outlet at 2300. . .

And at least some consolation. . .Wednesday is my off day and playing football. . .gonna vent my frustrations out at goal. . .
